What you actually sell -- tag payments with these from the Revenue Dashboard, or let the automation rules below apply them for you. A course can't be deleted while any payment is tagged with it, or while a rule still targets it.
Auto-tag a payment with a course the moment it first lands -- e.g. "if Amount Paid = 29 AND Session Date is present AND Session Time is present, tag it English Demo Class." Every condition in a rule must match (AND). The first active rule (top to bottom) that fully matches wins. Only ever applied once per payment, on first arrival -- it never overwrites a payment you've already tagged (manually or by an earlier rule), so redeliveries and later edits are safe.
