For leads with no payment yet -- a WhatsApp-group join, a manual referral. Matched by phone number: adding one that already exists just adds the new name/email to that lead instead of creating a duplicate.

CSV needs a header row with columns name, phone, email (name/email optional). Leads are matched by phone -- one that already exists gets merged, not duplicated.

No template builder here -- create/edit templates in Settings > Email Marketing. Personalize with {{lead_name}}, {{lead_phone}}, {{lead_email}}, {{lead_stage}}, {{mentor_name}} anywhere in the template or subject.
